We have two interconnected practices — Growth Development and Healthcare Strategy – that allow cross-pollination of new ideas and analytic techniques while recognizing the unique challenges and needs of each type of business. The Healthcare Strategy Practice was started about a decade ago to demonstrate MAC's commitment to devoting all the resources necessary to assist drug and device manufacturers, providers, and payers survive and thrive in a very complex business environment.
