Healthcare Strategy Practice
David has worked extensively on marketing, sales, and business strategy projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical product companies—with emphasis on market segmentation, physician and account targeting, sales force sizing and deployment, patient flow modeling and Rx demand forecasting, and marketing mix and promotional ROI analysis. David has developed numerous innovative analytic techniques to create, revise, or quantify strategic initiatives, and has a patent pending for a promotional response measurement technology.
Prior to joining Michael Allen Company, David was a senior business planner at PepsiCo, Director of Product Development at Emery Air Freight, Manager of Regional Market Strategy with Conrail, and National Security Analyst at the U.S. Congressional Budget Office.
David is very active in the local community and serves on several boards of directors of Stamford-based non-profit community organizations. He is also the past President of the Board of Representatives and Deputy Mayor of the City of Stamford, CT.
David holds a B.S. in economics and a B.S. in biology from M.I.T., and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
